If you're an affiliate, you may or may not have fallen victim to something that happens to a lot of new affiliate marketers; comission stealing.  Someone coming in, finding out what your link is and then creating similar content, just to make their own comissions and rob you of yours.

It's a very common thing in affiliate marketing and it happens every day.

And then what? The person that found out what your link was then replaced it with their own and is now cashing in on your misfortune. Trust me, it sucks, it happened to me...

Well, you could just go on trying to promote more products and use different linking methods, but it will continue..

Time after time.

But don't feel alone. I have had it happen to me a bunch of times. In fact, after a while, I found out who was doing it. The same few guys every time. But it wasn't just me, I talked to a few other marketer buddies and it was happening to them too.

We were all getting screwed over on our comissions, and we were sick of it. Really sick of it.

But the thing was, we didn't know how to prevent this from happening. At the time, I had never even heard of "link cloaking." The gurus never mentioned it, so how was I to know about it? I was following their advice.

Then, a few months back, I got an email from another internet marketer mentioning Mike Filsaime's PowerLink Generator. It could supposedly boost my affiliate sales 400%." Of it sounded too good to be true, but I was tired of people stealing my sales like sharks in a tank after a turkey sandwich.

It was described at the "world's best link cloaker." After that, I was interested.

So I proceeded to go to PowerLink Generator website to see what was up with this new product.  I read the Salesletter, the benefits, the bonuses and all the testimonials. I was hooked. "I can definitely use this," I thought to myself. And so I read on, just to the $(7 price tag. DAMN IT. I should have known. I wasn't mad, I just didn't expect it (even though I probably should have...).

Well, I figured that it was probably a better investment to buy rather than have people keep stealing my comissions...

And so I downloaded and installed it. I started putting in all my affiliate links, and decided that I probably got a good product this time.

And so after about an hour, I had all my links changed into cloaked links.

I figured that Powerlink Generator seemed legit. The only thing that killed me was the price. Almost $100 to cloak links? Was it really that expensive to do something like that?

I started looking around at other ways I could have cloaked my links. i was actually kind of mad at myself afterwards.

Why?  Simple. I found a handful of techniques I could of used instead of buying powerlink Generator, and most of them were free!

When I finally figured it out, I was shocked at how simple the concept was.  Some of them could be done with or without a website, but they all would have produced the same result: Cloaked links.

I decided that people should the truth, that you DO NOT need an expensive pieceof Link Cloaking Software to hide your affiliate links. So I spent a good couple days writing a good compilation of the cheapest and most effective ways to cloak links there are. I ended up with my "Link Cloaker's Guide"

Obviously, the gurus are going to charge you an arm and a leg. But that's not my style.  If I did, how would I be any different from them, right? So I will give it to you for less than 10 bucks...
