So it seems that nowadays, traffic is the only thing that people ever want to talk about anymore…
Seo this. PPC that. Sprinkle in some Videos, a dab of Social Media and a dash of Media buying and what do you get?
NOWHERE.
Unless, of course you know what you’re doing. Now, my suggestion is that you start with one, try it out for a month and see if it yields you results. If it does, ramp it up, and master that sucker. Once you are stedily making moeny with it, then move onto something else…
But SO MANY people these days get caught on this course or that one – this method or the next one. And they fail. Because they have no direction.
And don’t get me wrong; courses that teach you how to get traffic, like Rapid Mass Traffic, or software that helps you speed up the process like Miracle Traffic Bot, are ok…
BUT, if you have no idea what you’re doing in the first, you jsut circle back to square one, and you just do it all again with something else. And it goes on and on and on.
But then you get some decent courses that cover a vast array of methods in great detail. One example is Traffic Ultimatum. George does a pretty decent job simplying a dozen or so of the latest traffic methods in easy to follow terms. Then again, while the training might be good – people will fall into that old trap once again.
So what to do? One idea is to learn a couple of methods, then build on them as you go. Adding new things to the mix, and trying different variations of the same methods INSTEAD of just trying new traffic source after new traffic source and so on.
This is what a buddy of mine, Desmond Ong, teaches. While his methods are “fresh” what they really are, are “new and improved” versions of current favorites, and fine tuned at every point. In fact, I’m pretty sure that the general public has no idea about most of his methods because they are so specific and tuned that the average person just wouldn’t think to do things HIS way…
But then again, I am constantly blown away by his ingenuity. In his recent release, Emergency Money Plan, Desmond showed people how to make money quickly, which is a big thing for many people. His methods of finding hungry buyers, and giving them what they wanted right up front, rather than searching after everyone else, blew me away by it’s sheer simplicity (seriously, like a SMACK to the forehead).
Anyways… Desmond has been at work, thinking of, and testing out, new traffic methods that are just downright ridiculous. And on the surface, many of these seem like the worn methods we’ve all come to know and love, but don’t be fooled: They are some mean tactics that could very possibly make you cry*.
(*Note: It probably won’t make you cry; but you catch my drift.)
